Liputan6.com, Jakarta A total of 4,331 application-based public transports (taxi online) have been tested before the deadline given by the Department of Transportation and Transportation of DKI Jakarta, the end of September.
Deputy Kadishubtrans DKI Jakarta Sigit Wijiyatmoko said, still open the service to the online taxi who have not taken the test kir.
“Total pass 4,079 vehicles, not passing 261 vehicles 4. Total test 4,331 vehicles,” said Sigit when contacted in Jakarta, Friday (16/09/2016).
Sigit said, the main requirement of online-based taxi operation is the vehicle must pass the test kir. So as of October 1, 2016, online taxi vehicle that has been tested kir right to operate.
“If it refers to (Regulation of MoC) KM 32 Year 2016, licensing of application-based rental is starting from October 1, 2016,” he said.
Based on the data of Dishub DKI Uber online taxi there are 8,000 fleets, while Grab there are 5,000 vehicles.
