JAKARTA, SENAYANPOST.com – An online taxi driver allegedly committed robbery and mistreatment of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (Persero) ‘s employee initials GS on her ways home in East Jakarta on Friday (3/15).

Bank Mandiri Corporate Secretary Rohan Hafas confirmed that the incident occurred.

At that time, he said, GS took an online taxi from the Indonesian Banking Development Institute (LPPI) in the Kemang area, South Jakarta to her home in Jatiwaringin, East Jakarta.
 
On the way suddenly the driver stopped his car and allegedly committed a robbery by threatening the employee with a knife.

Rohan said that his party had reported the incident to the authorities. At present, the police have also arrested the perpetrators on Saturday morning at 2:30 a.m. WIB.

“The perpetrators have been caught in Cikarang at 2:30 in the morning and secured by the Metro Jaya Regional Police,” Rohan said.

Currently GS is being treated at Pondok Kopi Hospital, East Jakarta. She is currently attending the 16th Staff Development Program (SDP) program with other employees of the BUMN bank at the LPPI in the Kemang area.
