TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – Grab Indonesia claims the income of GrabBike driver partners increased 114 percent on average and GrabCar 113 percent.

Grab Indonesia’s Managing Director Neneng Goenadi said, previously 38 percent of all motorcycle taxi and online taxi drivers in Grab did not have jobs

“38 percent of our drivers had no jobs before. They did not have any income,” she said at the Grab Excellence office, Jakarta, Tuesday (10/15/2019).

Also besides that, Grab Indonesia claims that the GrabCar market segment is 70 percent and GrabBike 60 percent, so they become the masters of the ride hailing business in the country.

“GrabCar 70 percent, GrabBike 60 percent. So, we are controlling the Indonesian market, “said Neneng.

Neneng added, Grab Indonesia’s first services were only two, but now there are GrabRent and GrabTaxi.

“Then there is GrabFood, GrabExpress, GrabFresh. In addition, there are OVO financial services and other services in the Grab application,” he said.
