Grab works with Primkopau to provide online taxis for passengers at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung.
Grab officially operates at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung.
It was possible after Grab cooperated with Primergy Air Force Primary taxi (Primkopau), Monday (6/2).
That way, passengers at Husein Sastranegara Airport no longer need cat-kucingan when going to order a taxi online Grab.
Managing Director of Grab Indonesia Ridzki Kramadibrata states, the vision of Bandung city government to make Bandung as a smart city where the ease of access of various types of transportation can be integrated and enjoyed by the community.
“We see the official presence of Grab at Husein Sastranegara airport with Primkopau can support the vision by providing easy access to customers to enjoy GrabCar services from the airport to their destinations in Bandung and its surroundings,” Ridzki said in a press release.
At Husein Sastranegara International Airport, passengers can enjoy the GrabNow feature that will make GrabCar reservations easier. Passengers simply by visiting the pick up point Grab located at the airport arrival terminal and book a car pickup.

Thus, passengers will get the GrabCar rate according to the approved application at the beginning. The official GrabCar fleet at Husein Sastranegara International Airport can be easily recognized by Primkopau special stickers in the rear window of the car.
Meanwhile, a number of Primkopau drivers claim to feel helped by the presence of such cooperation.
“We will continue to work harder to support the airport’s existing transportation system and hopefully it will serve as a good example for the presence of online-based transport booking services at public facility locations in Indonesia,” he said.
The airport also welcomed this cooperation. “To support this cooperation Branch Office of Husein Sastranegara Airport will provide special facilities for online taxi driver partners registered in Primkopau,” said Eko Prihadi, Executive General Manager of Branch Office of Husein Sastranegara International Airport, PT Angkasa Pura II.

Currently, Grab serves Bandung and its surrounding cities, including Sumedang, Cimahi, Indramayu, Cirebon, Majalengka, Tasikmalaya, Garut, Pangandaran, Banjar, Kuningan, Ciamis, Subang Purwakarta, Sukabumi, and Cianjur.
Service features available in those cities are GrabCar, GrabBike, GrabTaxi, GrabExpress, and GrabFood.
