TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta – The Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) confirmed that it will not revise the Ministerial Regulation No. 108 of 2017 on the Implementation of Transportation of People With Public Motor Vehicles Not In Trajectory related to online taxis.

The statement follows the discourse of General SIM A requirement to be issued from PM 108 of 2017, but it is not possible considering the requirement of SIM A General for public transport driver is required in Law Number 22 Year 2009.
