Jakarta – PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) is reviewing the distribution of subsidized Housing Credit (KPR) to Grab drivers. Previously, BTN has agreed on the distribution of subsidized KPR and micro KPR to Go-Jek drivers.
Subsidized mortgage is a housing finance facility provided by BTN with a down payment (DP) of 1% and a fixed interest rate of 5% for 20 years. Houses offered through subsidized KPR maximum of Rp 141 million. Meanwhile, for micro KPR financing facilities provided a maximum of Rp 75 million focused on home renovation.
“Waiting for Grab there is also cooperation in the pipeline,” said BTN Consumer Director, Handayani at Pasaraya Go-Jek Office Blok M, South Jakarta, Tuesday (9/5/2017).
In addition to Grab, BTN is also reviewing the distribution of subsidized KPR and microcredit to barbers who are members of the association. BTN is reviewing mortgage payments to the barber.
“If other rich associations do not have a platform, we think how to wake up because baseball may be manual,” said Handayani.
Distribution of subsidized KPR and micro-credit, continued Handayani, need to be studied more deeply so as not to cause non-performing loans (NPLs) in the future.
“We are very careful of micro-kPRs, so ask an association such as an intelligence agent to prepare them a good education how they do collectively,” Handayani said. (Mkj / mkj)
